6-Man Championship:
This weekend, the state championship game in 6-Man football features an intense matchup between #1 Logan (11-0) and #2 Grady (10-1) at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night. The two teams met earlier this season, with Logan narrowly winning 32-26. Logan's offense leans heavily on the run, led by standout Haden Judd, while Grady has a more balanced attack led by quarterback Zander Ciancio. This rematch promises to be a battle to determine the best team in 6-Man.

6A Showdown:
In 6A, the game to watch is #4 Volcano Vista (8-2) versus #5 Las Cruces (8-3) on Friday night at 7 p.m. Most other games in this bracket are expected to go according to seed, with favorites heavily favored by at least two touchdowns to move on to the semifinals. There’s some speculation about #6 Rio Rancho (7-4) potentially competing with #2 Centennial (10-0), but that could be on name alone, Centennial remains a strong favorite to advance with ease.

2A offers some of the week's most intriguing matchups. While the #2 Santa Rosa Lions (7-3) are favored to advance past the #7 Raton Tigers (6-5), there could be some first-half suspense. However, two other games carry strong upset potential. #6 Loving (7-4) takes on #3 Legacy Academy (9-1), and #5 Eunice (8-3) visits #4 Tularosa (6-4). Both games promise intensity and have a genuine "upset alert" vibe that should make for exciting football.
