In the spirit of the Holidays I truly want to wish everyone the very best Christmas and New Year! Recent events in my family have compelled me to share some things here. The Grande Dame of our family, my mother, just this past few days has received the blessings of her 22nd and 23rd Fifth Generation children. At her relatively young age these are almost impossible events. Two of those fifth generation children are in college and that hopefully gives this Grand Matron a chance at the extremely rare event of having six generations. Don't try to do the math on this because it is pretty alarming. hahaha
Speaking of six generations. Mom has been blessed to live in all six of "America's Generations" which are the: The Greatest (1910-25), Silent (1923-44), Baby Boomer (1945-64), Gen X (1961-81), Gen Y (1975-95) and Gen Z (1995-2015). As she now has only two of her original children left as she has outlived my dad, my two sisters and one of my brothers I am very grateful that our enormous and proud family will thrive and prosper. I know that this is totally off topic and I thank you for allowing me to share. Again, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.
