Best Sandwich

OK so we just got an Al's Italian Beef which is the very best sandwich I have ever had. It is out of Chicago and I order the large dipped in the juice and hot peppers on top. So we talk a lot of Burritos and red and green but where is the best sandwich in NM? Do not list burgers as I am looking for great sandwiches.
