8/18 - at Cibola (Community) - Favorite/CF
8/25 - at Rio Rancho - Underdog
8/31 - at Atrisco Heritage - Underdog
9/8 - vs Piedra Vista - Favorite/CF
9/16 - vs Clovis - Coin Flip
9/23 - vs Volcano Vista - Underdog
9/29 - vs La Cueva - Underdog
10/6 - at Sandia - Underdog/CF
10/21 - vs Farmington - Favorite/CF
10/27 - at West Mesa - Underdog
2022 Record: 2-8 overall, 1-3 district
Best Case Scenario: 5-5 overall. Five wins would be a significant jump for the Eldorado Eagles. The schedule enters year two of the block and they'll look to make progress this season. The Eagles started the 2022 season 0-4 and did not earn their first win until week 6 against Clovis -- a 1-point win. We enter this season with them being a favorite/Coin Flip over Cibola and Piedra Vista, two teams that beat the Eagles easily in 2022. Both will be replacing key players though and/or we have vastly underrated both (more to come with our 92 team countdown). The other wins would be over Clovis, coin flip this year, and Farmington, another coin flip but considered as a UND/CF level. They do not have a true favorite game on their schedule a first for us on our features of BC/WC.
Worst Case Scenario: 0-10 overall. This, another first, would have the Eagles at 0-10 on the season. Again, we would have to stick true to the feature and any game considered a Coin Flip or Underdog is counted as a loss. The Eagles have a well balanced schedule but they do need to start making progress back to the .500 level. They did go 7-4 in 2021 but had to do some developing and filling holes in 2022. They have pieces to like next season and could be the surprise underdog team of 6A football.
