2022 Record: 11-2 overall, 3-1 district
Best Case Scenario: 10-0 overall. The Horsemen went 9-1 during the regular season only falling to longtime rival Robertson (28-20) at home. The Horsemen flip the schedule and will again have to battle in a tough district with West LV, Raton, SFIS, and of course Robertson. Two close games from last season that will again be tough games are at Taos (20-8 score) and Capital (28-24 score). Can the Horsemen return to the state championship game for a third consecutive season?
Worst Case Scenario: 6-4 overall. The Horsemen feature four coin flip games -- Taos, Capital, West Las Vegas, and Robertson. The Taos and Robertson games will be on the road this season and could be a true test for the Horsemen. Los Alamos, despite losing 45-0 in '22, could provide more of a challenge this season but not enough to put them in a CF situation.
