How should coaches submit their input form?
-Rank the best 16 teams.
-Ordered to the criteria
Personally, I think it should be who the coaches think are the top-16 teams, in that particular order. Also, within the district finish format that...i.e Belen should likely get the nod over a Ruidoso, although Ruidoso may have some other criteria points (just one example). Seems to have some uncertainty with how coaches "should" submit their form. I don't agree, to an extend, the NMAA should throw out how a coach feels - within limits - how they feel teams should be 'ranked' in their personal input form. This one is tricky......
