Some rules, both teams must play a 50 on defense and no blitzes. Unless your inside the 10, then you can run whatever on Defense.
Rosters are 46 players. 22 offense, 22 defense, punter and kicker. Players can only play 2 quarters (unless injuries occur and they need to sub.) The quarters are 15 minutes.
It's for every school in the area private and public regardless of size, every school has at least 1 player represented.
Head Coaches are retired local legends. Assistants are filled by current local coaches and retired coaches.
It's a great event. They also have all-star band and all-star cheer.
