it's been called several times in our games this year on all levels and it's a point of emphasis. My question is, are officials required to be Heads up certified like the coaches?
The certification teaches to lead with same foot same shoulder. But then what looks like is about to be a clean shoulder tackle turns into a helmet to helmet and a flag. I just kinda shrug my shoulders because what we coach and what's enforced are different.
