Driving through and around New Mexico this week there are so many dang trains and oil refineries I am surprised no high schools use them for a mascot. Could you imagine: Clovis Freightrunners or Clovis Iron Horses or Clovis Locomotives? Haha. Maybe not Locomotives, but you get it. In my opinion it would be better than just Wildcats. Same with Artesia and their surrounding working environment. Artesia Oilers, Artesia (I can't think of anymore).
