At the end of the season, what areas do you spend more time on in regards to improving your program? For example, which areas listed below do you reflect on the most, or which ones do you look at:
As most of us are done with the season this year, I know there is a lot of time to reflect as we watch the final game. Just curious where some of you have spent your time improving your program, and what has/has not worked. Thanks.
At the end of the season, what areas do you spend more time on in regards to improving your program? For example, which areas listed below do you reflect on the most, or which ones do you look at:
- Scheme: Go back and self-scout, offensively and defensively
- Player development: Practice plans, drills, film sessions - what worked/didn't work
- Travel: What worked best for traveling to away games, what do we need to change?
- Organization: Better equipment issuing/turn-in, ordering equipment, paperwork (i.e., doctor notes)
- Summer Plan: Team building, Team camps, schedule, etc.
