NM local kids ain't good enough to play for the Lobos or the Aggies???

Why do the Lobos and Aggies always expect our local kids to walk on and offer very little scholarships to our kids!!? I think we need a coach like Rocky Long that have given local kids more opportunities and won with them too!? People say our kids can't play D1 but the Lobos and Aggies get all the left overs from Texas and Cali and we still lose!?
