The rankings see minimal movement this week, except for Melrose and Logan swapping positions once again at 4 and 5, following their closely contested season series which saw Melrose emerge victorious in overtime this time.

The rankings see minimal movement this week, except for Melrose and Logan swapping positions once again at 4 and 5, following their closely contested season series which saw Melrose emerge victorious in overtime this time.
- Magdalena Steers (21-1, 6-0): The Steers dominated Quemado with a convincing 62-29 victory in their recent matchup. (Last Week: #1)
- Des Moines Demons (19-3, 6-0): Des Moines maintained their winning streak with impressive victories over Cimarron (68-63) and Springer (77-47). (Last Week: #2)
- Fort Sumner/House Foxes (18-4, 4-0): The Foxes secured a crucial win against Melrose, triumphing 55-49 in their sole game since the last ranking. (Last Week: #3)
- Melrose Buffaloes (19-3, 2-2): Melrose bounced back from an earlier loss to Logan by defeating them 79-74 in overtime, but suffered a setback against Fort Sumner in their latest matchup. (Last Week: #5)
