2A Player of the Year - Cade Barnard - Melrose HS

Only a sophomore, the Melrose Buffaloes shooting guard Cade Barnard takes home the 2016 NMPreps.com 2A Player of the Year award. Barnard, averaged 17.8 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game this season taking the Buffaloes to the 2A state championship.
