Couch Potato: HBO's Ballers
My life is this - my son, my career, this website, and college football. Every other Saturday my number one priority (my son) stays with his mom. This Saturday I stay in shorts and binge watch some shows (or an entire series, shame I know)
However, I have been catching up on HBO's Ballers featuring the Rock. I liked season 1 and season 2, A LOT. I couldn't wait to catch up on the next episode. Any chance to get a peek into the world of pro sports, even when the stories are reaching, it is fun. It doesn't compare to ESPN's Playmakers from ten years ago but still, it's worth the watch.
Latest Episode
Spencer (The Rock) has a mission to bring a sports team to Las Vegas (Raiders?). It moves quickly as he gets approval from the league and those important investors. The latest episode has reeled me back in but the acting at times sucks. Will I still watch - yeah.
Overall: Season 1 and 2 earned B+
Season 3: We are flirting with B-/C+
