Hope Christian (2-2-1) at Highland (2-1): A pair of teams that need to build their resume for a playoff spot. Hope Christian had a rebound win over Grants (35-7) last week after suffering a pair of losses. Senior Brent Miller has 150 yards passing and 250 rushing on the season for the Huskies. Sophomore Alex Lopez has played well for the Hornets in a win last week with 228 all purpose yards, 3 rushing touchdowns and a passing touchdown. Prediction.
Capital (3-2) at Atrisco Heritage (4-1): With the final spots of the 2022 playoff bids up for grabs the Capital Jaguars and Atrisco Heritage Jaguars are fighting for their post season fate. Both teams feature newcomers to the scene and entering the game coming off a win. Capital features the Munoz brothers -- older brother Julian leading from under center with over 300-yards passing and 230-yards rushing for a total of 5-touchdowns. Atrisco is off a 59-point performance and averaging over 50-points in the last four games, all wins.
