What to Add instead
However I say add a NiT type of tournament. Top-16 teams go to State. Last 8 teams play a double elimination NIT tournament. This moves the season up to end a week earlier as well
Worth a shot at something new for this week. Games Wednesday-Friday.
Then on Saturday have the first round of the state tournament.
I think teams get a better post season than regular district tournaments..
Oh the last thing. Have two Regions instead of districts and conferences.. north and south. Each have 12 teams.
