LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO - The 9th Annual NMPreps.com Elite Combine Powered by the Las Cruces Visitors and Convention's Bureau featured 200 of the State's Top High School Football Prospects from across the State of New Mexico Friday Night at the Field of Dreams.

Angel Banuelos - Onate - OL - 5-foot-8, 290 - 27 reps of 185 pounds, very dominate in one-on-one's

Angelo Trujillo - Cleveland - QB - 5-foot-11, 185 - 8-foot-6 broad, one of the best dual threat passers at the event. Cleveland won't take a step back in the QB position.

Angelo Acosta - Cibola - OL - 5-foot-11, 254 - Class of 2018 prospect that is up and coming, great size and seemed to get better as the night went on.

Antonio Angel Gonzales - Centennial - QB - 5-foot-10, 171 - Class of 2018 prospect that had 10 reps of 185 pounds and had a good broad of 8-feet-7 inches.

Arath Ronquillo - Onate - Linebacker - 5-foot-9, 180 - 4 reps of 185 pounds, 8-feet-2 inch broad jump.

Arjay Ortiz - Robertson - Quarterback - 6-foot-0, 154 - Such an athlete QB and remember he is only in the Class of 2018. 4.59 40-time, 4.6 shuttle, and broad jump of 9-feet-2 inches.

Austin Seay - Mayfield - Linebacker - 5-foot-8, 200 - 7 reps of 185 pounds, 4.34 shuttle, and broad jump of 8-feet-7 inches. Turned plenty of heads on the night, didn't know much about him, do know.

Bailey Lozada-Cabbage - Santa Fe - Tight End - 6-foot-3, 200 - Hard to believe this young man does not have any offers yet. Good size, runs well and had 10 reps of 185 pounds and a 4.5 shuttle. Really like what this young man brings to the table.

Blake Moore - Hobbs - QB/ATH - 5-foot-11, 165 - Great athleticism, can play either quarterback, receiver, defensive back, etc. Comes from a strong bloodline of talent.

Brandon Baeza - Las Cruces - WR - 5-foot-7, 152 - Just an incredible athlete and will only be a junior this year. 16 reps of 185 pounds, 4.21 shuttle, and a 8-feet-3 inch broad. Kid is a straight baller on Friday Nights. Will continue to keep Las Cruces among the best in New Mexico.

Brook Quinones - Lovington - QB - 5-foot-11, 157 - Really liked his throwing motion and poise he brought to the combine. Great want to compete, 4.65 shuttle and 8-feet-0 broad. Should have a strong season for the Wildcats.

C. Gonzales - Carlsbad - ATH - 5-foot-6, 175 - 2 reps of 185 pounds, 4.38 shuttle time, 7-feet-4 inch broad.

C. Moore - Alamogordo - ATH/DL - 6-foot-2, 187 pounds - 4.73 40-time, 4.9 shuttle, and a outstanding broad jump of 9-feet-4 inches.

C. Moore - Hot Springs - ATH - 5-foot-8, 170 - The Tigers always have some good talent and Moore looks to be a name to know. 8-feet-5 inch broad, showed some good athleticism.

Cade Hackey - Hatch - WR - 6-foot-2, 190 - Really impressed our staff Friday Night. 11 reps of185 pounds, 4.7 40-time, 4.43 shuttle, and 8-feet-8 broad. Next level prospect.

Caleb Bearid - Hobbs - LB - 5-foot-7, 175 - Strong linebacker with 13 reps of 185 pounds, 4.92 40-time, 8-feet-3 inch broad. Had a big junior year, think you'll know about him as we get closer to game time.

Caleb Hightower - Capitan - ATH - 5-foot-8, 145 pounds - Held his own despite being one of the smaller prospects at the event. Capitan had a few prospects attend this year.

Caleb Dimas - Manzano - OL - 5-foot-10, 274 pounds - Will be one of the top linemen in the Metro Area this year, great technique and just a well polished young man. Did excellent in one-on-ones.

Cameron Salas - Onate - DB - 5-foot-8, 158 Pounds - Class of 2018 prospect that was by far the most physical defensive back at the event. Great in man coverage, 10 reps of 185 pounds, 4.3 shuttle, 8-feet-9 broad.

Cameron Herrera - Manzano - LB - 5-foot-9, 190 - Another Class of 2018 prospect that shined, this kid is going to blow up this year. 11 reps of 185 pounds, moved well, nose for the ball, 8-feet-7 inch broad.

Chipper Childers - Hobbs - DB - 5-foot-10, 158 - Very solid defensive back that had 8 reps of 185 pounds, 4.57 shuttle, and a broad of 8-feet-7 inches. Left impressed with his play, Hobbs defensive secondary players always well prepared.

Chross Jaramillo - Capital - QB - 5-foot-10, 210 - Big kid, did not know he was over 200 pounds and the Horsemen lost a good one. Left QB that throws well and is a playmaker. 7 reps of 185 pounds, 4.65 shuttle, and broad of 8-feet-3 inches.

Chris Campbell - La Cueva - QB - 5-foot-11, 180 - Think Chris is going to be one of the better quarterbacks that the Bears have had in years. Super athletic, can't believe one of the smaller in-state schools has not offered him. 4.39 shuttle, 9-feet-2 broad, great ball.

Christian Bewster - Los Lunas - 5-foot-7, 151 - Los Lunas as you know is going to have some ballers this year, Brewster is one to add. He was named the DB MVP and had 16 reps of 185 pounds, ran a 4.28 shuttle, and had a broad of 8-feet-9 inches.

Christian Florez - Mayfield - 6-foot-3, 334 pounds - Just a sophomore from the Class of 2019. HUGE kid that moves well surprisingly. 10 reps of 185 pounds. Bright, bright future.

Clay Sterns - Capitan - LB - 5-foot-9, 183 - 4.6 shuttle time and a broad jump of 8-feet-2 inches

Colton Montano - Carlsbad - ATH - 5-foot-7, 175 - 4 reps of 185 pounds, 4.81 40-time, 4.75 shuttle, 8-feet-6 inch broad.

Cooper Carson - Hatch Valley - ATH - 6-foot-1, 175 - 4.83 40-time, 4.64 shuttle, and a broad of 8-feet-4 inches. The Bears are clearly re-loading, lots of guys impressed us from their roster.

Cory Perez - Rio Rancho - OL - 5-foot-6, 251 - Won the MVP Offensive Linemen Award by having a fantastic showing in the trenches, 20 reps of 185 pounds, well spoken, great representative of Rio Rancho.

Christian Sanchez - Deming - ATH - 5-foot-5, 165 - 12 reps of 185 pounds, 4.25 shuttle, and a broad jump of 8-feet-0 1/2 inches.

D. Gonzales - Santa Fe - ATH - 5-foot-10, 189 - 17 reps of 185 pounds, 4.72 shuttle, and a broad jump of 8-feet-4 inches.

D'Andre Waters - Carlsbad - ATH - 5-foot-7, 200 pounds - 11 reps of 185 pounds, 4.63 shuttle, and a broad jump of 8-feet-4 inches.

Dakota Carrasco - Rio Rancho - WR - Clearly a next level prospect. A 6-foot-4, 196 pounds he did well in the one-on-one's and had 19 reps of 185 pounds, ran a 4.59 shuttle, and had a broad jump of 9-feet-1 inches.

Damien Tuton - Onate - DL - 6-foot-1, 225 pounds - Sleeper defensive linemen to watch. 13 reps of 185 pounds and just accelerated off the ball so well with a lot of force in the one-on-ones. Really liked what we saw in Tuton.

Dante Nichols - Manzano - WR/S - 5-foot-8, 151 - Another quality player out of Manzano, 4.5 shuttle, 8-feet-0 inch broad.

Darren Garay - Hatch Valley - WR - 6-foot-0, 190 - New name to our list and caught our eye a few times during the event. Should have breakout year.

Deveyion Jackson - Manzano - OL/DL - 5-foot-10, 255 pounds - 20 reps of 185 pounds and just looked the part at the event.

Dillon Gassoway - Volcano Vista - QB - 6-foot-2, 210 pounds - Big kid, throws well, 16 reps of 185 pounds and plays the leadership role well. He'll have some big time targets to throw to this year.

Dominic Fischer - West Mesa - WR - 6-foot-2, 172 - West Mesa likely has two next level guys from this year's roster and one of them is Fischer who can player either QB or WR. Good size, possession type WR and had a broad of 8-feet-6 inches and also did well in the one-on-one's.

Donald Truez - Roswell - OL - 5-foot-10, 241 - Nice showing at the event, did not know about him prior to the event, but he did well in the one-on-one's and had 20 reps of 185 pounds. Great name as well.

Drew Ortiz - St. Pius X - QB - 5-foot-9, 185 pounds - One of the top quarterbacks in the Metro again proved his stock by showing out. 16 reps of 185 pounds, 4.65 40-time, and a 4.28 shuttle. Throws the ball with pop, can play WR as well. Big time playmaker.

Dylan Tapia - Moriarty - QB - 5-foot-10, 150 - Threw well on the run and ran a blazing shuttle of 4.22 and had a broad of 8-feet-6 inches. Good athletic QB returning for the Pintos.

Dylan Kuhn - Hobbs - DL - 5-foot-10, 243 pounds - 29 reps of 185 pounds, which was one of the best from the entire event, also did well in one-on-one's. New name to the next level list.

E. Anderson - Ruidoso - ATH - 5-foot-9, 160 pounds - 6 reps of 185 pounds, 4.28 shuttle time, and a broad jump of 9-feet-3 inches. Keep on eye on him along with Cisco Mayville from Ruidoso. Two very athletic prospects.

Eddy Gonzales - Onate - ATH - 5-foot-8, 156 - 10 reps of 185 pounds, 4.8 shuttle, and made some plays during individual period that caught our eye.

Edgar Hernandez - Centennial - DL - 5-foot-10, 245 - Really surprised one of the in-state schools has not offered him yet. Great look prospect, 24 reps of 185 pounds.

Elijah Ruiz - Franklin - ATH - 6-foot-1, 200 - Another good looking prospect from Franklin. 14 reps of 185 pounds, 4.59 40-time, 4.4 shuttle, and a broad of 9-feet-5 inches. Some of the better testing marks overall at the event.

Elijah Tapia - Moriarty - RB - 5-foot-7, 165 - 17 reps at 185 pounds! Incredible considering he is just 165 pounds, also had a great broad jump of 8-feet-8 inches.

Eric Phillips - Frankling - WR - 5-foot-9, 167 - 12 reps of 185 pounds, 4.4 40-time, 4.33 shuttle, and a broad of 9-feet-1 inch. Kids from Franklin are ballers...

Ethan Serna - Santa Fe - WR - 5-foot-10, 156 - 4.5 shuttle, made some plays during one-on-ones. Athletic kid.

Evan Tayfoya-Vallo - Rio Rancho - OL - 6-foot-4, 275 - Think he is under the radar recruiting wise, could even be a sleeper D1 guy. Very good in passing blocking drills, one-on-ones.

Fernando Acosta - Clovis - DL - 6-foot-0, 200 - Quite the motor, very quick off the football, one of Clovis' top prospects and a next level D2 range guy. 22 reps of 185 pounds, 4.72 40-time and 4.25 shuttle.

Forest McKee - Onate - LB - 6-foot-0, 225 - Pound for pounds the best defensive athlete at the event. 28 reps of 185 pounds, 4.54 40-time, 4.25 shuttle, and 9-feet-1 inch broad. No idea why he does not have offers, but this kid has a ton of heart, great character, is a coach's son, a leader, and is straight talented. Reminds me of Sam Denmark, expect McKee is better.

Gabe Sidwell - Onate - DL - 5-foot-10, 190 - 16 reps of 185 pounds, 4.85 40-time and a 8-feet-4 inch broad jump.

Gannon Chavez - Cibola - QB - 5-foot-11, 170 - Don't think a lot of people know how good Chavez is going to be this year, him and Kayzan Martin from Cibola are gamers. Chavez had a 4.6 shuttle and a 8-feet-3 broad jump.

Gasper Hernandez - Rio Grande - ATH - 6-foot-2, 180 - Good looking athlete and it was nice to see some kids from Rio Grade compete, we hadn't had many in the past. 4.6 shuttle and a 8-feet-3 inch broad jump.

Gaven Swinson - Mayfield - WR - 6-foot-4, 200 - What a dynamic performance he had during the event. When the coaches got together to determine the MVP, it was easy. Everyone said Swinson. Dazzling routes, great hands, good speed, great kid, coachable. Ran a 4.5 40-time, 4.31 shuttle, and had a broad jump of 10-feet-1/2 inches. STUD.

Gavin Hardison - Hobbs - QB - 6-foot-3, 170 - Class of 2018 quarterback that can straight spin it. Lots of power, throws well on the run and athletic. 4.6 40-time, 4.5 shuttle, and a broad of 9-feet-0.
