  • DW Rutledge, a state championship coach and a long time director of the THSCA will speak about the power of a coach to teach beyond the game. Coach Rutledge has been a leader in the state of Texas in preparing coaches of all sports to be better leaders both on and off the playing surface. “I think love is the most powerful thing on earth, and I want coaches to remember that,”. Our mission statement is to help coaches help kids.”
