Onate Linebacker Matthew Young also attended New Mexico State's Camp on Friday. Young committed to the Aggies earlier this year, his father is Fredd Young, who is a member of the Aggie's Hall of Honor.
Young played at New Mexico State from 1980-1983 and holds a school record 6 sacks, he recorded against Louisiana Tech. He went on to play with the Seattle Seahawks and the Indianapolis Colts making the Pro-Bowl in 1984, 85, 86, and 87.
"There was a lot of talent at the camp today. Great amount of competition. Recruiting wise I am still looking around because I understand I am young and I am getting looks from schools like Texas Tech, UTEP, ASU, Missouri, as well as New Mexico. I'm still firm with the Aggies for right now though," Said Young.
Entering his senior season Young is 6-foot-2, 230 pounds and is being recruited as an inside linebacker.
