    • Clovis, featuring one of their stronger teams in several years, faces a significant test against the top-ranked team in 4A basketball, Albuquerque Academy, who hosts the Joe Armijo Tournament.
  3. Highland (4-1) at Hope Christian (1-2), 11:30am
    • A quality game in 4A basketball between teams ranked in the top-five. This matchup offers an early indication of which team belongs at the top of the class in boys' basketball. Keep an eye on Jesus Licon, who has been on a tear for Highland.
  4. Melrose (4-0) at Robertson (2-0), 1pm
    • A cross-classification matchup may not impact postseason seeds significantly, but it's a treat for basketball enthusiasts.
  5. Portales (4-0) at Pojoaque Valley (4-2), 12:30pm
