6A FOOTBALL

In the latest New Mexico high school football rankings, the top teams in each class are making significant strides as the regular season nears its conclusion. In 6A, Cleveland continues to dominate, maintaining the number one spot with a convincing victory over Cibola, while Centennial secures the second position by defeating Alamogordo. La Cueva stands strong at third, showcasing their supremacy with a 51-7 win over Sandia.

Eldorado moved up the ranks with a thrilling 44-40 victory against Farmington. Hobbs continued their quest for postseason action with a dominant 58-10 win over Organ Mountain, while Las Cruces showcased their strength with a 43-14 triumph over Carlsbad. In the latest New Mexico high school football rankings, Roswell continues to reign supreme in the 5A class, maintaining the top spot with an impressive 9-0 record after a convincing 48-15 win over Mayfield. Artesia secures the second position following their 8-1 season and a dominant 54-14 victory against Goddard.

Valley makes a noticeable climb to the eighth position after their hard-fought 26-23 victory against Los Alamos, causing Los Alamos to slip to ninth place. In the 11-13 section, Manzano, Belen, and Miyamura engage in a rankings shuffle. Manzano (12th last week) showcases their potential by advancing to the eleventh position after a commanding 63-8 win against Del Norte.Meanwhile, Belen (formerly 13th) and Miyamura (sliding down two spots from 11th) secure new positions as Belen secures a 28-14 victory, securing the twelfth position in these rankings.

In the latest 4A Week 11 New Mexico high school football rankings, Bloomfield maintains its stronghold at the top, boasting a pristine 9-0 record. They secured their position with a decisive 42-0 victory over Aztec. Portales holds steady in second place, also at 9-0, after blanking Bernalillo 38-0.

Lovington, at 6-3, retains the third spot with a 43-26 win against Albuquerque Academy, while Silver stands firmly in fourth place, having moved past St. Pius X with a commanding 46-0 victory.

Espanola Valley makes an impressive leap to ninth place with a flawless 6-3 record, earned through a resounding 50-0 win over Moriarty. On the other hand, Valencia falls two spots to the 11th position following a 35-21 defeat against Grants.

In the latest Class 3A Week 11 New Mexico high school football rankings, West Las Vegas continues to dominate the field, maintaining their top position with a 7-2 record. Their latest victory came in a commanding 47-2 win over Santa Fe Indian.

St. Michael's secures the second spot, holding strong with a 7-2 record, following their 34-18 win against El Paso-Cathedral TX. Robertson, also at 7-2, sits comfortably in third place after a solid 37-14 victory over Raton.

Meanwhile, NMMI remained idle last week but retains the fourth rank. Dexter stands in fifth place, with a 7-2 record, solidifying their position with an impressive 62-7 victory over Tucumcari.

In the latest Week 11 New Mexico high school football rankings for Class 2A, Eunice maintains its hold on the top spot with an 8-2 record after a hard-fought 35-28 win against Loving. Texico sits comfortably at the second spot with a 7-2 record following a 21-13 victory over Jal.

Santa Rosa continues to impress, securing the third position with a stellar 9-1 record after a resounding 55-0 win over Escalante. Jal, now at 6-3, dropped to the fourth rank due to a 21-13 loss against Texico.

Tularosa, standing at fifth place, sports a 6-3 record, bolstered by their convincing 70-22 victory over Estancia. Loving, at sixth, holds a 6-2 record despite their 35-28 loss to top-ranked Eunice.
