The Roswell Coyotes return after a (24-4, 7-0) season along with an Elite Eight showing.
Overview: One of the top head coaches in 5A basketball, and state for that matter, is head coach Britt Cooper. Cooper returns a talented roster again in the Coyotes with eight players that could create another deep run in March. Right now ranked 12th in the state and No. 2 in 5A basketball. Guard Chris Mesquita is one of the prospects to watch for the Coyotes, a 6-2 guard, who will be a name to watch this preseason.

Returning Players: On-top of Mesquita the Roswell Coyotes return Daniel Amador a wing that also found himself on the NMPreps.com Top 60 Player Rankings this summer. Both were big contributors last season to a 24-win team and will make the Coyotes dangerous in 2016.
