Thursday Night Preview, Cleveland takes on Sandia

8-Man power Melrose takes on Mountainair Thursday Night. The Buffs are 4-0 this season and have outscored the comp through 4-games 232-20.

Cleveland @ Sandia (Wilson)
The Storm now 4-0 on the season will head to Wilson Stadium to take on Sandia 3-1 in a marquee Metro Showdown. Last weekend Cleveland defeated Clovis 50-30 at Leon Williams Stadium. The Matadors have won their last two out of three games against Cleveland and have outscored teir last three opponents 153-34.

Atrisco Heritage @ Volcano Vista (Community)
The Atrisco Heritage Jaguars picked up their first win of the season defeating Highland 58-14. Quarterback Aaron Bean ran for over 200-yards and scored 5 touchdowns. Volcano Vista heads into this match up 2-2 on the year after two consecutive losses against Las Cruces and Eldorado. On the season Quarterback Josh Williams has thrown for 888-yards and 8 touchdowns, Brian Parks has 20 tackles, Nike Mourning has 19, and Rio Hatton has 18.

Highland @ Albuquerque (Milne)
The Hornets broke their two-year losing streak this season, but they continue to be the underdogs on the year, just last week Atrisco Heritage who was previously winless beat Highland 58-14. On the season Highland has been outscored 68-178 through 4-games. The Albuquerque Bulldogs won their first game of the season beating Valencia on the road 31-14, big win considering just a few weeks ago Valencia beat West Mesa. The Bulldogs are led by Riley Padilla who has thrown for 617-yards, 292-of those yards come to his main target Jonathan Martinez. On defense Adrian Lovato has 33 tackles.

Melrose @ Mountainair
The Melrose Buffs are now 4-0 on the season and are dominating the comp this season. They have outscored the competition 232-20 this year and beat Logan last weekend 52-0. Mointainair is 1-3 losing to Dora/Eldia in week 4 86-52.
