Someone explain to me what bench Pressing 185 after 10 reps prove? That the player has muscle endurance? Because after a few reps it's no longer about strength and more about endurance. Is endurance what the test is for or strength? Why not add some weight where kids are doing 1-5 reps and calculate a max? Love to hear from strength and conditioning guys.
