Can some one explain to me the procedures set to determine the eligibility of a player. How oftend do the coaches check to see if their players are maintaining their grades. The reason I ask is there is always talk in the stands that some players aren't making grades and in some cases the players themselves say they are failing classes. It gives the impression that coaches turn the other way to capture a state title.
