Spinning High School Goal Posts In Texas???

I was watching one of our local Texas channels tonight and during the lengthy high school football coverage there was a game where the goal posts were unbelievable. Both the right and left uprights actually had two poles that were twisted twice forming three sections with arced, open areas in between each twist of the two poles. And here is the awesome part...they were spinning rather quickly. Has anybody seen or heard of this? Now, I have never had a drink in my life and have never smoked anything in my life but I did just get my flu and pneumonia shots at the same time and they really messed me up big time or I might be just insane. LMBO All of the other goal posts during the show were normal. I searched the web for this but found nothing. Has anybody got information on this? ....the posts, not me being insane. LOL

THIS IS THE OPENING ROUND OF THE PICK 'EM PLAYOFFS. 64-TEAM BRACKET WILL POST LATER THIS WEEK WITH RESULTS FROM LAST WEEK.

Most likely first-round upsets?

In reality, lower-seeded teams hardly ever go on the road and win in this round. But some possibilities:

Onate (11) over Hobbs (6). The talented but inconsistent Knights beat Hobbs 1-0 two weeks ago in Las Cruces and played them tough when they met in Hobbs.

Valencia (9) over Capital (8). (Not sure if a win by a No. 9 over a No. 8 is really an upset). Capital doesn't score much and Valencia has played some good teams tough.

Special Announcement (Note: Not really)

So today is the day Grine hits 30. Not a good day (maybe it is) as I reach the mile maker. I have a 15-hour work day ahead of me and then some driving throughout the night but I wanted to give a shoutout to you all and thank y'all for being on NMPreps.

I wanted to give a rundown of the past 7-years, the road trips, the people I've met along the way, the many friends that I've come to know on the net or in person because of this site and the best teams or players I've seen (I'm not haha).

My sons mom bought me a subscription in 2010, a few days after my B-day and it was the best gift I've ever received. I've always loved NM and NM sports and this was the spot for me to track it all year. Believe it or not I would to sit in class in high school and college and I would have bracket predictions or track athletes for nobody else but myself. Sometimes my roommates would take notice and give me a courtesy read. I can recall in my biology class at UNM and I was working on my bracket predictions with the criteria as the professor was covering something with cells. In short this has been the greatest hobby I've had and now I get to do it for a website.

Anyway thank y'all for being here to argue with me, tell me I'm wrong and listening while I contradict myself. In all honesty you all are like family.
