Season-Ending Emotions

It happens after the end of every season, but just curious how everyone deals with all of the roller-coaster of emotions when their season ends. You have the seniors, who, for most of them, is their last time playing baseball. Of course, you have that void knowing that all the hard work and energy is gone because there is no practice on Monday. You have the pain of losing. Lots of series went three games this year and losing in three is tougher than losing in 2. I think of Grants and Mayfield-those kids, parents and coaches must be really hurting after losing in such close games.
For those who are out, just curious how others cope with the emotions. For me, I need to just decompress for a week or so, clear my head and support my son and his team through another off-season. Glad we have another off-season because they will end at some point.
