Throw it around

i need a good answer here and Google is no help. Some teams do this differently but I am talking about an odd baseball nuance.
Why, after a strikeout does the throw around go 2-5-6-4-5 and back to the pitcher? Why not include the first baseman? I have seen this from many teams and it's how I taught it, but I don't know why, just did for tradition sake.
Does anybody have roots for this throw around?

New Mexico Players having good summer

During the TOP OF THE ROCKIES tournament in Denver, Co. on May 8-10th there were some young high school kids from New Mexico that made some noise, and were placed on all-tourney teams at their respective divisions.

"The 2015 Top of the Rockies was a tremendous success. This year’s tournament was the largest tournament

of its kind in Colorado history and featured teams from a record seven states. The tournament was also

attended by dozens of college coaches and scouts. A huge thank you goes out to all the staff and volunteers

who helped make the tournament such a massive success."
