I know we talk about schools that used to be 11 man powers but what are some schools that no longer exist?

I noticed schools like Navajo Mission, St. Mary's, Cathedral playing for championships in the 50s and 60s but they just seemed to vanish. Anybody on here have any additional insight?

Note: I have Dan Ford's first 100 years book on NM HS football. Just thinking this would be an interesting conversation.

NMSU moved to 5-1 on the season. Johnny McCants (Onate) with 18 points, 7 rebounds last night.

Interest and rather close first-half against the NMHU Cowboys last night! Desmond Carpenter (Cibola) looked solid, love to see him do well for Highlands! He dropped 10 points.
