Plus the NMSB Nationals Scout Team were runners up in the upper division. Definitely a fun time and look forward to it next year.

Since the off-season is slow, and I love the weight room, quick question.

During the summer, do you have your kids bulk or do you cut weight?

Preferably during the spring/early summer I try and add weight and strength. It’s a long season and attrition pays a toll late in the season. I Believe in getting as strong as possible during the spring/mid-summer. And then start cutting back before “2 a-days”.
