Here's my (likely unpopular) opinion: if you throw at a hitter on purpose, you should get a suspension of 20 games or more. Headhunting should be no longer be a part of the game. I don't care about how much a guy pimps, showboats, bat flips, etc. Baseball shouldn't tolerate one player throwing a ball 90 mph at another player, no matter how much of an a-hole the second guy is. Guess what -- every sport has showboating a-holes. The solution is to beat them.
And don't come at me about the wussification of America, or how you're "old school." When they banned running over catchers a few years ago, people whined about it. Guess what, we all survived and the game is better for it.
