Former Artesia QB and True Freshmen started his first game yesterday. UTPB starting quarterback Taylor Null went 22-of-35 for 300 yards, with two touchdown passes and two interceptions.

ENMU was only down 3 points late in the 4th quarter 14-11 before Commerce put the game away with a late touchdown winning 21-11. Commerce is defending National Champions and has now won 15 straight games.

Coach, just wanted to let you know I met one of your Pitchers last night in Las Cruces. His name I believe was Will Garza.

I just have to tell you that kid is a super great young man. Class Act. Made feel old cause kept telling me yes sir.

I always like to tell coaches about their athletes when they impress me personally . Coaches need to know when one of their athletes is a class act. Hoping it reinforces the life lessons you try and teach. It's very much reflective of the program you run.

Here are the results from week #3. But b2424k pulled out 1975 pts out of the possible 2500 to win the week. With that healthy spurt, he takes over the overall lead

I am hearing around Valencia County that as many as 9 PV starters were being disciplined and were not allowed to play last night. This may just be a rumor. I really don't know if there is any truth to this.
