Predictions?

New Mexico on the National Stage

4 New Mexico Kickers/Long Snappers competed on the national stage this weekend at the Chris Sailer Vegas XXXV Showcase in Las Vegas, NV. Brett Money (Alamogordo), Jacob Wieser (Goddard), Jorge Figueroa (Las Cruces), and long snapper Connor Villalpando (Goddard) were all in attendance. Pictured below are the three 2020 athletes; Brett, Connor, and Jacob. Jorge was in the 2021 group and we missed him. It sounded like they all competed well. Brett Money finished 2nd out of the 62 kickers in the 2020/JUCO/Grad Transfer division and made the finals. He was perfect on his 6 kick charting session and recieced 3 extra points for 3 balls down the middle and an extra point for a perfect chart. New national rankings will be announced by March.
