Things get real tomorrow morning! Most teams down south get started next Tuesday, mostly everyone will be in action by the weekend of the 19th.

Speaking to a number of the other coaches, it seems that lots of programs consider themselves "young". The two that didnt were Centennial and Onate. We will see how the 6A shapes up quickly since they basically start district by week 3.

I'm hearing that the 12 team baseball tournament format is about a done deal. Does anybody have any insight? It's a terrible idea for baseball as it really serves as a disservice to your top 4 seeds. You don't want time off or a bye in baseball. Also, if you are a top 4 team you lose on on hosting one last playoff series/game at home.
