I need help. Can you define the rule for the 35 point mercy rule running clock in the 1st half. Does the clock run after an offensive penalty, specifically a delay of game?

Does anyone know the dates for this year's St Mikes Girls Basketball tournament? Or better yet, the bracket? I have tried getting a schedule from our Athletic Director and have been unsuccessful. With district almost at full swing in most cases, mileage has shrunk. But we do have some 700 mile district games in the state...YIKES..I mean hikes. Mr. Atlas and Mr. Baileys helping those on the first couple of trips.Only 9qualifiers this week as per mileage criteria for seeding purposes (nothing below 400, non district more weigh than district miles, and higher rated teams on the road get more looks.)
