As some of you may know Hobbs will be playing West Mesa on Wednesday in the quarterfinals. One Problem. The #1 team in the state is playing at 9:45 a.m.
I looked at the bracket 4 years prior and here's how it looked.
#1 Valley vs #9 Highland - 8:15 p.m.
#1 Eldorado vs #8 Cibola - 8:15 p.m.
#1 Las Cruces vs #8 Clovis - 9:45 a.m. (#2Albuquerque vs #10Valley - 8:15 p.m.)
#1 Onate vs #9 La Cueva - 4:45 p.m. (#9Cleveland vs #5Eldorado - 8:15 p.m)
It's clear what has been goin on here and it needs to be fixed, if the tournament is gonna be in Albuquerque every year, then it needs to have the correct slots for the best teams no matter if they are from Albuquerque or not!!!
Which one of you Albuquerque fan's wants to defend this?
