Story of the tournament so far: the weather

After months of blue skies, terrible weather arrived in Bernalillo just as the tournament began. Wind was a huge factor Thursday; on Friday, the wind was joined by on-and-off rain and colder temperatures. Not much fun for players or spectators. The wind did affect the game play, especially Thursday when it seemed to be blowing directly parallel with the fields, making a big difference between the first and second halves of games. The wet fields affected the players' footing as well.
